Ingredients and Method:

Parsley - ½ Cup 

Green Capsicum - 1 small

Red Bell Peppers - 1 small

Chop Well

Beef / Mutton / Lamb Mince - ½ kg

Salt - 1 tsp

Sumac - 1 tsp

Black Seed - 1 pinch 

Black pepper - ¼ tsp 

Cumin powder - ½ tsp

Chopped onion - 1 small

Ginger garlic powder - 1 tsp 

Mix and Refrigerate - 2 hours 

Make Kebab Shapes 

Grill Medium Heat

Grill Tomatoes, Capcsicum & Green Chillis


Dips & Sides: 

Hummus 

Labneh 

Grilled Brinjal / Eggplant

Khubus topped with Shatta (Chilli pasta)
