Ingredients: 

Mutton Tikka Recipe Card : 

Mutton Tikka - 500g 

Salt - 1 tsp 

Paprika - 1 tsp 

Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp 

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp 

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 

Chilli Powder - 1 tsp 

Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp 

Black Seed - 1 pinch 

Tikka Masala - 1 tbsp 

Vinegar - 1 tsp 

Hot Sauce - 1 tsp 

Yoghurt - 1 tsp 

Mix and Rest for 1 hour 


In a Pan: 

Oil - 3 tbsp 

Cook with Meat Water 1 1/2 cup 

Cook Well - Medium Heat 


For Rice: 

Rice - 1/2 kg 

Chicken Cube - 1 cube 

Rose Water - 2 tbsp 

Frozen Peas - 1 cup 

Mutton Mince - 250g 

Butter - 2 tbsp 


Spices: All 1/2 tsp ( 

Salt 

Pepper 

Cumin Powder 

Kabsa Spices 

Arabic Mix Masala 

Ginger Garlic Powder ) 

Oil - 3 tbsp 

Add the ingredients and spices 

Cook Well 


Add the rice, top it with Mutton Tikka Boti and garnish with lettuce and dips. 

Eat well.
